I can't thank her enough for being so responsive, flexible and kind during the time when rental market is extremely busy. She offered me a viewing immediately and I was able to secure a really lovely flat that same day. We recently visited a property manged by Conran Estates and finally an agent that shows interest in you as potential buyer. Will was great, he show us the property room by room commenting in strong points, answering our queries to the extend of his knowledge and returning to us later with the ones he checked after the visit for us. From start to finish Conran Charlton were excellent. Michael John was not afraid to be honest in his assessment and was polite, respectful and sensitive. We appreciated that he realised that a house is often not just a house but comes loaded with emotion and memories. Our agent was Abbie and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Abbie is a consummate professional. She dealt with a split ownership with tact, diplomacy and flair. It is very easy to become blasé in a profession and if it is not your profession and you are clueless it can be a short step to feeling stupid for raising concerns. Abbie was consistently polite and a pleasure to deal with, treating every concern no matter how trivial, with utmost respect and in a timely manner. We have been incredibly impressed with the service provided by Conran, both from the initial meeting with Michael who valued our property to the sales team who sold our property in ONE DAY. They organised a huge number of viewings and achieved asking price. They responded to emails and phone calls regularly and were just a delight to chat with. Conran's couldn't have been more helpful in finding a new tenant for the flat I rent out. Abbie was dealing with that, finding me excellent tenants with a first class professional video and tour of the flat, great inter-personal skills and liaison at all stages of completing the process. Aidan was with us every step of the way, he provided an incredibly high level of support, made himself available to us when we needed to talk about our purchase, any question big or small and did it all with good humour and authenticity! We were working to a very tight deadline to make this sale within the original stamp duty holiday deadline and Aidan really helped us oiling the wheels and getting responses from the sellers side. I've just sold my house through Conran Estates and very pleased with the service offered. Abbie and Michael were very responsive, helpful and lovely to deal with. They listened to any concerns and took immediate action to resolve any issues during the house selling process. They offered a more personable service than other agents, and were a pleasure to deal with. I've sold properties with other agents in the past and in those instances I felt like the agents told me what they thought I wanted to hear. This wasn't the case with Abbie and Michael from Conran. Great local estate agent. The end-to-end process was professional and I would definitely recommend. The listing and photos looked superb, the entire team was super responsive and always available and took an active interest in the key selling points of the property. All viewings were 'COVID' safe and completely handled by Conran. Particular thanks to Aidan who managed the post offer process - I think this is something that the online/hybrid agents just cannot compete with. We never managed to sell our house (as the chain collapsed above us), but when I do come to sell again I will definitely be using Conran.

My wife emailed in to express interest on a property. They replied and provided a video as requested. She then called and spoke to Samantha who said she'd send more suitable properties but never did. In the meantime about 6 properties have been reduced, including the one I had enquired about at a higher price. I won't be using these people to sell my home based on this. We are motivated to move and it seems like they can't be bothered.

I cannot thank Michael and Abbie enough for their help and support in selling my flat during the Covid 19 crisis - clearly these are not normal operating conditions and they went above and beyond to help get this over the line. I was out of the country for some of the process and they supported me throughout with letting workmen into the property to complete work required ahead of the sale and coming up with alternative solutions regarding key transfer to ensure that the process could continue despite the lockdown. We purchased a property through Conran's Charlton branch and were delighted with the experience. Our main contact was Abbie Kendall, but we also had interactions - all of which were great - with Michael and Rob. We felt really supported throughout our buying experience. When the first property we were interested in didn't pan out (also listed through Conran), Abbie gave us the heads up about another one that would shortly be coming onto the market which she thought we might be interested in and was very much worth a look. We were feeling a bit disheartened after things didn't progress with the initial property we liked but Abbie really encouraged us to take a look at the other one so we booked in a viewing and made an offer shortly after. Throughout the buying process Abbie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. When exchange day finally came around, she actually ended up giving us more insight into what was going on across the chain than the agent who was selling our property (but who, funnily enough, was sure to be in touch when the time came to let us know what we owed for the sale of our flat!). I really felt like Conran had our interests, as well as their own clients' interests, at heart throughout the process. Having now moved into the house and met the neighbours I've also only heard good things about this branch. They really seem to know the area and - by the looks of the For Sale boards in the vicinity - seem very established here. Hopefully we won't be looking to move any time soon but if we are in need of an agent in the future we will definitely be looking to Abbie and Conran Estates (and avoiding KFH like the plague!). Thanks Abbie and the team for helping us find a wonderful new home - we're still over the moon!
