Just exchanged contracts yesterday for the purchase of my first ever property. Kellie Kemp is incredible - extremely attentive and has your back throughout the whole process. It took almost 6 months with tons of very stressful twists and turns but Kellie kept us all sane and was an amazing intermediary between all parties involved. Honestly don’t think we could’ve got it done without her help. She was available around the clock to assist in any way. Phenomenal realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property in London. Genuine 5/5 for Kellie.

We felt very well looked after, having Kellie and the team at Conran support us as we bought our first property. We were continually updated and Kellie in particular was happy to answer any questions we had, allowing us to feel we were in good hands. Everything was transparent, nothing was hidden from us, and Kellie kept us informed when often the solicitors couldn't (or wouldn't). She made sure we weren't ripped off and we were very happy with the final negotiated price! An excellent service, and I can't recommend highly enough.

As a first-time buyer, the process of buying a flat in the Woolwich area listed with Conran Charlton was a very positive experience. Asiah was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Yes you pay a little more to have them manage and sell your property but it’s a big weight of your mind to do so! We bought a property with the help of Kellie who replaced her resigned colleague. At the beginning we were a little bit angry because our agent left without saying anything(Reason for one star less). But Kellie was really nice and helpful, although we were the buyer, she responded very quickly to every email we sent and every request we made. The communication was smooth and efficient. The peoples there are very nice and helpful, i had the issue with the person she was assigned to assist me for this 1 year contract, any request i make to her she just decline it, she was so unprofessional, she gave us a date to move in and i book a company to move and i pay them 395 pounds, and i ask her if we can get the keys to clean the house , and she said no until there is inventory check, i said the house has just 1 ref and 1 washing machine, its in bad condition, we wont take anything, and she decline, i said can you arange the inventory check 1 day before? she said no, i ask can atleast clean the house because we have a kid and this house is with carpet? she again decline, i supposed to rate as the worst agency i ever been for house because of that specific person. Everything looked so bad and i was so angry UNTIL SHE CAME in our life, Debbie Lewis send me an email that she will take it from now on, she arranged everything in the timeline that we had, she helped us so much the moment she took our case over, she is the only reason i dont rate Conran with 1 star. I will advice you if you rent from conran to request her to help you with everything because she is amazing and absolutly professional. THANK YOU so much DEBBIE you are amazing. To clarify something, we rented the house from Conran in Charlton, BUT the person who was responsible for our bad experience is not from Conran in Charlton, Those peoples in Charlton are amazing and helpful, i rated 4 stars because the negative feelings that i felt with this lady who didnt want to help us and make our life bit easy was so strong, if Debbie was from the beginning with us for sure i will add 5++ stars.

Jodie at Conran Estates in Charlton went above and beyond to sell our house. If it was not for her efforts I doubt we'd have sold and we probably would have lost the house we'd found. We really enjoyed working with Jodie, she was attentive and precise in her work and she worked so hard to ensure that the sale went through. It was difficult at times but Jodie talked us through it all and managed the chain effectively. Michael John runs a very strong and professional estate agency in Charlton and we would highly recommend using them.

They handled the entire process fantastically, with a special shout out to Jodie for going above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. She handled the process from initial valuation, all the way through to completion, expertly managing all parts of the chain, while patiently answering questions and providing reassurance. The path to exchange was challenging and I have no doubt that without her hard work, and Will on the sale side, we would not have been able to complete the transaction.
