GoogleWe didn't hesitate to use Castles after having a very good experience 5 years earlier when buying our flat. They were very quick (~5 days) at arranging a photographer and getting our flat on the market. 2 days later, viewings were done and …

GoogleThank you sooooo much Alexei....and all the staff with the help of purchasing out very first home. We previously had a bad experience with a another estate agent because we were first time buyers but i am so glad to say that not all agents are there to take you for a ride, castles understood that we were serious buyers and we were treated as such therefore i must say its a great company with hard working, honest and understanding people providing excellent service We got ourselves A dream house worth waiting for. We made it our own and very happy thank you again Alexi.

GoogleFrom day one we met Alexei, we knew that we were in safe hands. He's very professional with his work and can give what we were looking for. He got us our dreams home through minimum effort and stress! Actually it was the first day that he took us for viewing, what he told us was "I have got a surprise for you!" and yes it was the first house that we fell in love with!. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a house, you can't go wrong with Alexie and James. Both are nice, friendly and stress free to work with!

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Castles in Palmers Green and Alexei in particular was the consummate professional - always available, helpful and never pushy as we weighed up our options before taking the plunge. He also did his best to push the very slow vendors into fulfilling their obligations and supplying the required information, but the process couldn't have gone more smoothly given that caveat. We would certainly encourage prospective sellers to have a chat with Alexei about representing them.

GoogleCastles have been fantastic at supporting us, both in terms of keeping us informed about the sale of a property we were renting and helping us to find a new rental property. Alexei worked extremely hard to find us a perfect new home. This has made the stressful period of moving so much easier. Having dealt with numerous London estate agents in the past and having some very negative experiences, I cannot recommend Castles highly enough. Supportive, professional and always a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI have sold many properties in my life but using Castles has been an amazing experience and i would recommend them time and time again. I was recommended to speak to Alexei by friends who had recently bought through him and must say what a lovely guy he is. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel comfortable which helped with my decision. We achieved a very good price and he kept me informed throughout the process and i cannot thank him enough. Alexei you are credit to Castles and thank you for the help.

GoogleHaving dealt with numerous estate agents, it was refreshing to meet someone as genuine and honest as Jay at the Palmers Green branch. They say that buying a property is one of the most stressful things you will do, but Castles were a big part of reducing our stress. I would definitely recommend using Castles (and Jay in particular).
