Thank you to James, John and Alexei who were involved in selling our property. They lined up lots of potential buyers to view our house and were on hand to show them around so we didn't have to. They were quick to respond to communications and kept us up to date throughout. They also marketed the house of the people who purchased our house and that was sold within a week of being on the market, it was handy just having one estate agent to liaise with and they kept things on track until completion.

Castles provided an excellent service from start to finish on the sale of my property. The valuation was accurate and I was satisfied with the final asking price. Jay Yildrim handled the selling process professionally and in a very timely fashion, while Onofrio Tona (whom I have known and dealt with for some years in buying and selling property) kept me up to speed with regards to timescales i.e when the buyer had his survey completed and finance in place. All in all Castles were very professional!

I would very much like to compliment James and his team on the strategy they all implemented on selling my unique property. They super seeded my expectations and achieved a price and sale quicker than expected. It showed their experience and wealth of knowledge and confirmed to me that they are not just another Estate Agent. They are heads and above any estate agent I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a very smooth purchase with them. Joe was always available to help with contacting the other side and Mahe, the branch manager, really helped push the sale to completion in a very short time.

Our family has always had good service from Castles and would recommend them. On this occasion Sergio gave us good support with selling our house and his communication with us was excellent - always keeping us up to date.

Sergio from Castles has been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my flat. Despite some hurdles along the way - he has supported me to overcome these, and been a brilliant communicator between the buyer and myself. At one point, I was concerned that the sale of my flat was going to fall through but with some careful negotiating by Sergio, he has managed to facilitate a sale to ensure that both parties (buyer and seller) are happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Castles (and Sergio) to sell your property.

I highly recommend these guys! We sold and purchased with Castles in Palmers Green and experienced unparalleled levels of service. From James' valuation of our property all the way to completion, we couldn't have been happier. Special mention to Alexei who took the time to get a real feel for our needs and we've now bought our perfect family home. Thanks again to all of the team :)

The Castles Palmers Green branch and especially Alexei & James are brilliant, honest, professional and truly good natured people. Their help from start to finish was second to none and I couldn't recommend them and their estate agents highly enough. You can tell that they care, want what's right for you and will try and help in anyway they can. What more can you ask for?

I cant’t thank the team at Castles enough for their professionalism and support in getting our sale processed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a great help liaising with both sets of solicitors and keeping me updated at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Estate agent.

I just purchased a house through Castles Palmers Green. I was looked after by Jay and James. I found them both very personable, helpful in assisting with the whole process, and offered what felt like a personal service even though they must be run off their feet right now. Would very happily recommend them both to anyone looking. Should I ever sell my lovely property, I would call them first.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I went here and the lady took my details down, told me they would contact me back regarding the property. After a while I didn’t hear anything back so I emailed them and they said the property was rented to someone else.

Outstanding customer service.James and the team were absolutely amazing in helping us sell our property. They really did go over and above in supporting us, in what I would categorise a complicated selling project. Communication was on point and we managed to get the price we wanted. Thank you.

We were very happy with Castles. They did a fantastic job selling the house but more importantly were incredibly helpful when problems arose in the chain and managed to get everything arranged so that the transactions could go ahead. If we'd had to do it ourselves it would have been a nightmare so they definitely earned their commisson and I have recommend them to our friends.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
