GoogleAndrews helped us find and buy a property that worked for us as a family in an uncertain market. Having used other Estate Agencies before, what struck us about the staff at Andrews in Southfields was that we could always rely on a certain down-to-earth commitment and patience in what was a complex process involving multiple properties and solicitors. And we cannot commend them enough for the social aspects of their social business model.

Pietro Scano has been the best agent I could hope for: professional, courteous, always one step ahead and diligent from start to finish. When one sale fell through during lockdown he was of great advice and eventually found another buyer within a month! GoogleI would never rent again if the property was managed by Andrews, maintenance are great but I’ve needed to contact Andrews about our receiving our deposit and for another unrelated issue since leaving the property and can’t get hold of them for 3 weeks. You can leave answer phones but they won’t answer , reply to emails or return calls. Really disappointed, with the lack of communication. And the amount of hours I’ve had to take out of my days to get contact.NegativeResponsiveness

Michelle, the Property Manager, always was there to assist and help and make things as easy as possible going into the tenancy and out of it. It’s not often you get an agency who goes above and beyond.

GoogleI have rented out my property through Andrews for many years and have subsequently sold it through them. I have been very happy with all the staff in both lettings, management and sales. They are all friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Shannae and Monique are excellent in lettings, Pietro sold the property quickly and Michelle and Tomasz have been very helpful over the years. I'll miss them!

GoogleI do not recommend Andrews as your estate agent. I had a very bad experience with them when I wanted to rent my house in Wandsworth. They lied to me and made me waste my time, and time means a lot of money. They only want their commission and do not care about the home owner. Be careful with them.

GoogleI recently moved into a property which is managed by Andrews. The process was smooth and the Andrews employees were very helpful and professional when I spoke with them. I dealt primarily with Michael, who was very helpful in liaising with the landlord prior to moving in, to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend Andrews to anyone looking to rent.
