GoogleI've used Andrews in Southfields as a landlord to let my property. From the start, the staff in the office was welcoming and nice. James, in charge of lettings, presented clear options, which are quite flexible for landlords, and documentation that showed all the details one needs to know. I was convinced by his sensible and honest approach, the fact that he adapted his offer to what I needed and not what was going to get him a bigger commission. Once I engaged Andrews, James put everything in place quickly and efficiently, updating me regularly, responding to me even during his days off work. Within days, my flat was rented to (so far) a lovely person. By hiring James at Andrews, I got an efficient and nice agent, supported by equally nice colleagues, and they are not over-priced. I also like the fact that the agency is owned by charities.
