Nick Veridi is an extremely professional agent . He demonstrates confidence and has a friendly approach. When dealing with my late Grandmothers flat he was extremely compassionate and contacted my family regularly with updates and relevant information, by way of phone calls and emails and was always on call to deal with any questions, this was very helpful as we live in Kent. I have bought and sold a number of properties, but never experienced an estate agent that was as helpful and genuine as Nick, he is not only a credit to his company, but also his profession.

GoogleMy son has recently sold his house through Keatons. The sale was handled personally by Rupert. I have bought and sold my own houses 5 times and Rupert was the most courteous, professional and considerate estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We were kept informed of the progress of the sale at all stages and he helped organise various additional processes that were needed by the purchaser often doing more than was expected. I would definitely recommend Keatons and will ask them to sell my own house as and when the time comes.

GoogleMy experience with Keatons Shoreditch couldn't have been more satisfactory.
During the whole sale process both Nick and Adam have been exceptionally professional, corteous and responsive. They managed to find a buyer for my property within a few weeks and for a price I was happy with.
Living abroad I particularly appreciated that all the paperwork could be dealt with online and no exchange of actual paper was needed.
A special mention goes to Adam who has been extremely helpful all along, going the extra mile when needed, and always making sure action was taken on both sides (seller and buyer) to make the sale process as smooth and as quick as possible.
I am grateful for the excellent job they did and if you are looking for an estate agency to sell your property, I recommend them without reservations.

GoogleRight from the start we received an honest, professional and friendly service from Nick Verdi, Adam Gould and the team at Keatons, Shoreditch.
When our first buyer unexpectedly withdrew from the purchase, Nick’s team immediately sprang into action and less than two hours later we had half a dozen viewings arranged for the next 24 hours.
It turned out that we only needed one viewing as Adam managed to sell our property for the full asking price to the first person that walked through the front door, just four hours after our original buyer had pulled out!

GoogleI've lived in shoreditch for years but always rented with friends, but decided to take the plunge and buy my own place, and am glad to have gone through guys at Keatons... the experience was a lot less painful than anticipated!
Human nature is to be sceptical about estate agents, but having dealt with the whole sales team at some point over the last couple of months, I can truly say if all are like Nick and the team, my faith is restored.
The sale took slightly longer than expected- but I was kept abreast of what was going on throughout the whole process by Adam- even when I had a panic moment at 9pm on a friday he was still on the end of a line calming me down explaining the process to me! A special mention to Simon- who even though he wasnt "my estate agent" was always happy to help or make calls when needed and even took me round the flat early one Saturday morning with my parents who were down for the weekend.
All in all, a very very positive thumbs up for this team at Keatons, there is a lot of competition in the area but with service like this- I'm sure they will do well.

GoogleMarissa showed us around a flat in Shoreditch. From the moment we were in contact she was incredibly friendly and personable and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the flat and the surrounding area which really helped us because we didn't currently live in the area. She also had a really nice way of making you feel like you were just having a chat rather than it being like an interview process or it being really rushed like it can be with many estate agents. We will definitely look to use Keatons for future flat hunting! Finally, if you look to rent through Keatons yourself
then I would recommend requesting Marissa as your main contact as she was amazing!

Marissa at Keatons Shoreditch organised our viewing, showed us round the flat and answered every question we had about the property, the area and the tenancy details. It was a particularly long and arduous purchase but both Jas and Jon at Keatons were brilliant at every step of the way. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and professionally at every step, and there were a lot of steps and missteps.
They really did go above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. In fact I am almost missing speaking to them on a daily basis.
