GoogleMy friend and I had been looking to rent a place for sometime, and therefore have encountered plenty of estate agents over the past month or so. Many have been late, unprofessional and unhelpful. We were taken around the property we would later put an offer in, by Ben Fidler, who was well-mannered, polite and full of useful information. Due to his friendly nature we knew we were in good hands when later we decided to put an offer in for the property. Thanks for all the help!

GoogleI recently sold my flat though Keatons. The service I received both from Adam and Nick in Shoreditch, was outstanding. Adam was always on the other end of the phone or email and regularly chasing all parties keeping all updated on the progress. After such a positive experience in selling my flat I have already recommended Adams and Nick to friends and would also use them in the future. Well done and thanks again!

GoogleExtremely rude office! They discriminated me because I am a SINGLE pregnant woman. Assumed straight away I am unemployed and questioned my ability to pay rent. Refused to even show me the property and told me “it’s too small for you and the owner probably don’t want to rent it to someone with a baby”. It’s definitely my decision what is too small for me, not HIS (of course it was a man). And also why would the owner have a problem with a baby?!? Clearly that was his personal opinion. Just because I am a single pregnant woman it doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the same fair chance as everyone else.

GoogleI have booked an appointment for a viewing on Saturday, but the real estate agent didn't show up. We tried texting/calling both the agent and the company without any luck. We spent 30 minutes in front of the building but there was no one around.

GoogleGreat agency. Managed to find a flat very quickly with the help of Natalie Craddok and Matthieu Grimaldi. They are both great and the whole process has been smooth. They reply very quickly to our emails and have managed to accommodate us in the requests we’ve had prior to the start of the tenancy. 100% recommended.

They have been able to help me step-by-step as a first-timer on what to do, how to do, and informed me of all the necessary details. GoogleDo not recommend working with Keaton’s unless you are looking for the bare minimum and are OK with a team of incompetent agents. Since moving in, they have presented nothing but issues for us. They lied and omitted information to us to get us to move in and then were terrible partners after we moved in. They told us the landlord was looking for a long-term lease holder, and then alerted us 3 months into our lease he is looking to sell. They told us the landlord agreed to our basic offer of patching walls before move-in, and it took them 3 months to complete (and only because we pushed). When we discovered a water stain that could turn to mould, they again took months. The people seem kind enough, but they are just entirely incompetent. I had a great experience with Foxton’s when I was looking at other properties and would recommend them. I regret having made the choice to work in anyway with Keaton’s. Save your sanity and look elsewhere. *this is in regard to their leasing team, but based on my experience I wouldn’t work with their home purchase team either
