GoogleWorking with Matthieu to view flats was great! He was very responsive to my communications and found a great list of flats that met my criteria. He was so friendly during the viewings, and really made it seem like he was in the decision process with me. Should I need to move again, Matthieu will be the first person I reach out to to find a new home.

GoogleWe found that Keatons had the best properties on the market in the area we were looking in. Kane at Keatons was great, he was always available, made sure we had all the help we needed. Kane managed to get us from first viewing to exchange in less than 8 weeks. I would recommend using Keatons for both the properties they can find and for the support they give in the buying process.

GoogleHaving moved into the area in 2020, to live, and to invest, I've enjoyed much support from the agency network, now owning 4 properties in the area, with 2 more on the horizon. The only fly in the ointment seems to be Keatons, who, on more than one occasion, have provided more of a barrier to purchase than an aide. Whilst I'm sure OJ's aggressive attitude when arranging a viewing may result from just another bad day in the office, as I take blood pressure meds and don't need the additional stress, my solution was very simple, just to view the property with an alternate agent. In a call to a director, Ollie, this was agreed to immediately, but when I called the office to confirm the day before the appointment, I was advised that OJ was still handling this. The complaints process seems very simple, as they don't record phone calls, staff just blame the customer, and management are happy. When I tried once more to resolve with Ollie, in a surprising about face, he advised that Keatons would not be showing me the property in Tanners Yard (which they have since reduced), nor any other. I would recommend buyers try other agents first, and vendors, be aware that finding a buyer might take longer than you expect...

My agent, Marissa, was great from the moment we met, being as supportive as possible and incredibly responsive whenever I got in touch, regardless of what time of day it was. GoogleCommunication over the return of a deposit and termination of a contract is taking almost two months - we are still waiting for the money although the landlady has agreed that it be returned in full. Processes get forgotten, replies take ages, but they are happy to upsell you on absolutely anything. Their interpretation of what it means to be a service business is appalling.
