In an age where it often feels that we are pushed to use impersonal websites or industrial-scale call centres, it was refreshing to encounter proper personal service, backed up by expert local knowledge. From initial discussion to completion of the sale, their expert knowledge and sound advice was invaluable. I received regular and timely updates, and as I live at the other end of the country I particularly appreciated their willingness to spend time with me on the telephone, often out of office hours and at weekends. All my telephone calls to the office were, without fail, dealt with professionally and efficiently.

We had a property to sell that was in need of modernisation. The sales staff were confident that the property would sell. They were all very friendly, informative and helpful and when they had an interested buyer, the staff kept us updated with the progress of the sale. The staff were highly proficient in negotiating the sale and in reaching a mutually acceptable price for the sale of the property. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with efficiently and diplomatically. They were truthful and gave realistic targets for the likely timescale for a sale. This is the second property that this Sales Office have sold for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nothing was too much trouble and all members of staff were very courteous and kept me informed of all viewings. The house was unoccupied and all viewings were accompanied by PP staff. When I rang to make an enquiry they were able to provide answers immediately as everything was well documented on their records. I can thoroughly recommend Williams and Goodwin and although they have many properties on their books they still achieve the personal touch with individual customers.

I could not ask for better service from williams and goodwin. Gwennan and Sian have been in contact with myself daily,a few times daily to be honest. They kept me up to date at all times and nothing was a bother to them. They were always there on the phone and was very looked after. After some time on the market, our house was eventually sold when a realistic price was asked. The buyer was, we believe, English. The house was in Wales and over the summer we were in France! Through emails and mobile phone conversations, we were kept informed as negotiations took their course. At all stages we were consulted, and all things considered, a realistic price was achieved. I am absolutely infuriated by the horrendous property letting services provided by William and Goodwin. Not only did they display a shocking lack of professionalism, but I was appalled to witness blatant racism and discrimination against Muslims. It's utterly disgraceful that such behavior is tolerated in this day and age. This company's actions are beyond reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.My blood boils just thinking about my personal visit to the William and Goodwin office. The staff's dismissive attitude was beyond belief, they seemed determined to get rid of me as quickly as possible, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Zero stars for their despicable behavior and abysmal service.
