FacebookWilliams & Goodwin offer a very professional service along with a friendly approach that gives you the confidence that the sale of your house is in the right hands. Matthew was very helpful throughout the sale, from the initial meeting through to completion. He communicated very well and always ensured we were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale. We were particularly impressed in how quickly our house was valued, photos taken and then the house being put on the market, and even more impressed that a sale was done within 24 hours of being put on the market. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend Matthew and the rest of the team at Williams & Goodwin, they are committed, knowledgeable and motivated in all aspects of their work.

GoogleI’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

I found the service provided by Melfyn, Gwennan & Tim to be of a very high standard. Their initial response to my enquiry was very quick - Melfyn attended the property to give a valuation within a couple of days. I was given plenty of information regarding selling at auction (as this was my first time).including a thorough breakdown of the costs involved. Gwennan kept me updated twice a week on the interest that the property had generated.up to the date of the auction. I attended the auction in person and was impressed with the location and the layout/ running of the auction. Once the sale had been completed, I received regular updates as to the progress of the sale. I can highly recommend All Wales Auctions (Williams & Goodwin - The Property People) for their services, professionalism and friendliness. Thank you!

After spending around twelve months looking for a holiday home, my partner and I recently found a bungalow with Williams and Goodwin. The service we received was excellent! Sian kept in touch on a regular basis, providing us with updates and helping us through our purchase, even allowing access to the property when we needed to carry out enquiries with builders. Peter showed us around the property initially and even allowed me to come back a second time when I returned to Anglesey with my family. A brilliant service from Williams and Goodwin and would recommend them as a great estate agent to use.

I first met Mark whilst looking for a property to buy in Anglesey, Mark arranged a viewing of the property which the owners wanted to do themselves, after the viewing Mark contacted me to get my response to the property.My wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase,from this point on Mark kept us up to date with the transaction.Our own agent was O.K but needed chasing up to get any information,it was the same with our solicitor.If I wanted any information I contacted Mark who got the info and rang back asap,I think Mark worked above and beyond the call of duty, All the staff were very friendly and passed on messages efficiently,I cannot fault the service we got. Firstly, we we're in the process of buying a property through another agency for a period of 10-12 weeks. During that time we spoke to the estate agent three times and often struggled to get hold of them via e-mail and phone calls. We subsequently pulled out of that purchase, and so have some experience to be able to compare both agents. Sian has been more than helpful from day one, down to the initial viewing which was arranged within 45 minutes of calling her. The next day we put in an offer, and within 30 minutes had two return calls in negotiation with the third confirming we had reached an agreement. Several weeks passed and Sian had been in regular contact obtaining updates from both sides and assisting to ensure everything went through smoothly. It's been 5-6 week and we're ready to move in. I can't rate the agent and agency highly enough, especially whilst comparing them to our previous experience. E-mails and phone calls were regular and prompt, keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a property a couple of hours from our home. The Agents were able to organise a very short notice viewing on a Saturday. We were given plenty of time to look around the property, not rushed at all and answers to our questions, regarding the property and the area. A couple of months on, we are extremely happy to have completed, in the last couple of days, on the purchase of the property and can confirm that Williams and Goodwin have been great throughout the process.

We felt that they were there to look after our interests during the viewings and the offer process. As our buyers were living abroad it was a long and difficult time for everyone before the contracts were exchanged.
