We were very impressed with the service provided by Williams and Goodwin, The Property People, and highly recommend them to anyone who asks which Estate Agent to use.
We felt that they were there to look after our interests during the viewings and the offer process. As our buyers were living abroad it was a long and difficult time for everyone before the contracts were exchanged. The Agents kept in touch with all parties involved up to completion of the sale, and even met the new owners at the property with the keys as they were arriving when the office was closed and we were away from home too!

The photos showed the bungalow to its best advantage and the description was thorough.
Throughout the complex sale, we were kept informed at each stage by Sally Walley who was our main contact at Williams and Goodwin Llangefni branch. Overall we were very satisfied with the branch and recommend them.

We had a property to sell that was in need of modernisation. The sales staff were confident that the property would sell. They were all very friendly, informative and helpful and when they had an interested buyer, the staff kept us updated with the progress of the sale. The staff were highly proficient in negotiating the sale and in reaching a mutually acceptable price for the sale of the property. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with efficiently and diplomatically. They were truthful and gave realistic targets for the likely timescale for a sale. This is the second property that this Sales Office have sold for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nothing was too much trouble and all members of staff were very courteous and kept me informed of all viewings. The house was unoccupied and all viewings were accompanied by PP staff.
When I rang to make an enquiry they were able to provide answers immediately as everything was well documented on their records.
I can thoroughly recommend Williams and Goodwin and although they have many properties on their books they still achieve the personal touch with individual customers.
