GooglePaulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.

GoogleIncredibly trustworthy and helpful letting agents. Helped with our first rental house in the UK. Using current technology, the tenancy procedure is open and well explained (all process through online) Respond right away if there are any problems with the property. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting discrimination against disables people in 2020 i phoned about a bungalow and explained about my spinal injury and that I could not view in person and would like a virtual viewing was told I could not as the property is popular and would only go with people viewing in person when I questioned the girl she actually put the phone down DISGUSTING

TrustpilotReally not worth the extortionate fee…
Really not worth the extortionate fee they charge for selling houses. It cost be over £7k for basically a poor advertisement, poor photos taken on an IPhone , escorted visits for potential buyers by staff that had never seen the house and feedback that was at best poor. I would never use again , simply a rip off .

GoogleWe have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.
