I started renting my property in March and I have been so impressed with the service. Gwenno keeps in contact with me often to check everything is okay with the property. I had a few small issues in the property when I moved in, they were all resolved very quickly. Overall I am very happy with the service I am receiving and the standard of my property. 5*

Excellent service by all staff involved in letting property. Greg Horsman met us at our property and was very knowledgable and polite. Gwenno at the office most efficient and coordinated between us and tenant without any problems,ensuring we were informed at all times. Gwenno and Kelly arranged contracts and ensured we understood all aspects of legal side of agreement. Would recommend to anyone thinking of choosing Llangefni office.

Both Jemma and Gwenno, at the Llangefni branch, gave a first class service and sorted everything out for me for a smooth move. They are very welcoming, professional and approachable with queries responded to practically immediately. This is how customer service should be.

Very professional service. Lowri Owen, was very organised and was up to date with what was happening with my move at all times. Made the paperwork very simple and answered any questions that I had. Rhian Cunliffe and Greg Horsman also helped me a great deal, by organising a Sunday move in last minute, when my removal men didn't turn up the day previously.

Stayed very calm and really helpful when I reported that instead of moving in at 2pm as agreed, id had moving disasters and wouldn't arrive until gone 8 pm- they still organised it so I could get safety'un and were very calm when I was felt far from. They respond promptly to queries. I would highly recommend and am glad they're my agents.

I have been very happy with Williams and Goodwin in the two properties that I have rented. Adverts have been clear and transparent, viewings were helpful and the transition from one property to the next wad also smooth. Small repairs were always made quickly, and my questions are always swiftly dealt with and resolved over the phone. I recommend this estate agent.
