We found their service to be friendly and efficient. From our initial contact to arrange the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement all of their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and they responded quickly when we phoned to report the front door lock had broken. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Beware! Paid for rent insurance for 6 months to W&g, when tried to claim they hadn't put it place. They didn't report to me horrendous condition of my property resulting in £1000's of work. Paid for electrical certificate only to find after 12 months they never got it done! Just done examples of many issues. Shocking shocking service.

Absolutely disgusting company! Nothing but issues with them as a Tennant throughout my tenancy, and then at the end they tried to claim for absolutely everything possible through the deposit scheme - meaning my deposit has been locked for weeks. I strongly advise that you keep well clear of this company!!

The agent is always friendly and understanding of any issues raised. When we had an emergency with a burst shower they quickly contacted a plumber and a new shower was promptly installed. All our requests have been treated with understanding and an efficient manner. I would recommend them as a leggings agent.

Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.
