Can't fault Williams and Goodwin at all, they have been amazing . It was a big move for us from the West Midlands and in particular Gwenno Griffith has been extremely helpful. As first time private tenants Gwenno has gone above and beyond in explaining the process every step of the way. The team have been fabulous in the last 2 years of dealing with them from finding the property to the last inspection. We have dealt with Kelvin & Greg predominantly, they have both been very courteous, polite & efficient. Greg has been our face to face contact and is a credit to the organisation, his people & communication skills could not be bettered. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We have just ended our tenancy with Williams and Goodwin although out landlord wasn't the best....... Gwenno Griffiths and Greg Horsman where brilliant and so helpful!! Gwenno was super quick replying to emails and Greg was always friendly and helpful right from the start of the viewing to the end of tenancy! They both did all they could to help us find somewhere more suitable! Thanks guys :)

I am absolutely infuriated by the horrendous property letting services provided by William and Goodwin. Not only did they display a shocking lack of professionalism, but I was appalled to witness blatant racism and discrimination against Muslims. It's utterly disgraceful that such behavior is tolerated in this day and age. This company's actions are beyond reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.My blood boils just thinking about my personal visit to the William and Goodwin office. The staff's dismissive attitude was beyond belief, they seemed determined to get rid of me as quickly as possible, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Zero stars for their despicable behavior and abysmal service.

Google"Caron particurlarly as well as Sally as the Llangefni office supported us through the purchase of a house. They always new exactly what the situation was regarding the purchase and always were there with any queries. They communicated very well at all times and always got back to us. The purchase at times was difficult in part due to Covid 19 and they helped navigate through this. "

Really not worth the extortionate fee they charge for selling houses. It cost be over £7k for basically a poor advertisement, poor photos taken on an IPhone , escorted visits for potential buyers by staff that had never seen the house and feedback that was at best poor. I would never use again , simply a rip off .

This is the first house I have rented. I moved into the property last year 2015. Gwenno is helpful and always has a smile to greet you. Whether I phone or email she responds promptly. She deals with any situation efficiently. Also keeps in contact for any updates if any repairs need attention.
