I lived for almost one year, and my experience was wonderful. The flat is so beautiful and comfy. Besides, the place is nice for both students and family. The building was always clean, organised, and quiet. X1 staff were patient and friendly as well as the security team. Moreover, it is well-located and surrounded by many facilities.

Don't get me wrong these apartments are unreal. But the service doesn't match it what so ever. We've moved in and they sent us a bunch of photos saying this is what the apartment looks like when you move in (including all damages etc) and I guess this is just to protect themselves when we move out and something is damaged. That's fair. But they haven't bothered to look into things that AREN'T working. They didn't bother to ensure everything is ready for us to move in.We moved in and we noticed straight away issues with the boiler. It doesnt heat the water up. Not properly anyway. We've raised this multiple times with X1 as well as X1 maintinence team and nothing has been done about it. It's been 3 weeks. We have hot water but it doesnt work the way it should be. They keep asking us the same questions and not moving forward at all. They take ages to respond. They don't action anything. Very poor from such big company.

Say goodbye to your deposit!! That money is long gone. I'm not sure why they call it a deposit when you have no ability to claim your money back. I've emailed 7 different people at X1 and none of them have bothered to help me. So instead I've started to pop the tyres of every X1 company car I see. I've also began to shove raw fish in the letter box of their Media city office.

GoogleI have been contacting them for the past 2 weeks and they have been delaying in sending me the application form to book a flat . The experience is horrible I have been waiting for them to confirm my application but heard back nothing, when I give them a call back that flat is gone. Like that I have been wasting my time. Really disappointed with the management.

Google“Award Winning”? The only award they should win is agricultural company of the year for the fungus that’s plastered on the walls. Water leaking through the roof and down to the floor. Normally you pay extra for a wash room but not in the bedroom. Called for a out of hours maintenance but two days later, still living in a shower room.

Terrible company, do not use. Ignores calls and emails regarding important issues such as rampant mail theft. Look at the reviews, people have been complaining about the same things for over a year!Have reported instances to police and will be perusing legal action. I’m not a student and I think it’s sickening how they take advantage of these young people in this building (X1 Campus)
