Just recently I have been struggling to find an apartment for next year to move into. Rosa the enquiries manager from the X1 team has been absolutely fantastic at helping me find the perfect apartment that suits not only my monthly budget, move-in date and preferred location. I cannot thank her enough and I am looking forward to living here.

The Trusted AgentWorst management
I have not experienced such bad management ever. Responding to emails, dealing with issues and communication! I live in the Arndale house in Liverpool and do not recommend at all!! Definitely not good value for money, every peice of furniture has fallen apart! The kitchen area is a hazard, every chair and dining table isn't stable so no one can sit there! My mattress which I have asked to get a new numerous times all the springs stick out and I have caught my foot on poking out springs! None of the locks work so strangers are at ease to enter your living area (also emailed about and got ignored!) Only good thing is location, however in Liverpool there is so many student accommodations in the city centre so I would definitely not book this place!

GoogleUnfortunately, that staff isn’t helpful and their emergency lines aren’t actually useful, it takes them too long to fix issues that happens in the room ( electricity, etc)

X1 had a key card issued not under my name nor my tenants’. It’s worrying that they don’t seek me or my property manager’s agreement before they issue a key card! I only found out because x1 sent me an invoice to that key card, could have cause serious security threat!I cannot trust them with my property.
