I lived in both X1 Border Court whilst in my final year of university and then onto The Gallery when I started working. The customer service of the company is what made me want to stay renting with them, and they made the move easy for me. They also offered me several other options when I came to deciding what building to move to. I would recommend renting with X1.

GoogleMy only advise is to make sure that the apartment is in good shape, you will be entitle for all the damages even if it was the actual condition of the place before moving in. They try to make the previous tenants to do the maintenance and repair as much as they could. The concierge were very helpful and respectful,

This company is a complete disaster, they never return calls or emails and just pass you around the team, their customer service is shocking. They send you video links to apartments which are not available and they literally wear you down. Prices are not as advertised either, glad i didn't part with my money to move into this dump.
