TrustpilotTerrible, laughable almost
Terrible.Do not touch with a 10 foot pole. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Nothing is ever sorted, I have repeatedly asked for maintenance and have been ignored. Nothing good about this building. Front door being open all night is “not an serious issue” and doors that don’t lock aren’t sorted for months. Do not bother.

GoogleVery unprofessional. I tried to contact them via email and Zoopla many times and never got a response. I went to the agency twice to talk face to face, I gave them my name,email and phone number to view some available apartments and they never contacted me again.

Dreadful organisationOngoing turnover of staff means multiple points of contact. Issue threats via email and have attempted to keep £130 of my deposit without any explanation. Vacated the rental property during COVID, point of contact leaves the organisation and now withholding £130 of my hard earned money. Shocking attitude of staff. Zero customer care or satisfaction. Avoid at all costs
