UNLAWFUL DEPOSIT DEDUCTION

The x1 manchester team have unlawfully deducted money from our deposit for things broken when we moved in as proven in the inventory report which they provided. Issue has been raised with DPS and we have emailed the X1 team who have ignored our last 8 emails. The team members who have been ignoring us for the last 2 months are: Jessica Houghton (jessica@x1management) Polly Atkin (polly@x1management) Ben Kinvig (benn@x1management)

My daughter was looking for an apartment in Liverpool and we spoke to a member of staff at the Liverpool Branch called Stephanie. Stephanie was polite and helpful and went out of her way to find out the information we needed and the team we had to speak to. Sadly the dates didn't suit but we wouldn't hesitate to call in next time and hopefully deal with Stephanie again.
