This agency has done a great job in helping me find my current house, which I have been renting since December of last year. Sutton Kersh is just another company trying to bully and scam its less informed customers. I have never seen a company try and be so dishonest with their customers to the point of just lying in order to try and squeeze profit out of me. Their agent tried to force me to stay after a fixed term tenancy was over by trying to convince me it was the law that we give a month's notice, or they would still charge us this month's rent. All of which isn't true and was just a pathetic attempt to extract more money from their customers. When questioned about this they continued to try and defend their position that we had to pay, and it was only when I got a solicitor involved they backed down. They also lack basic knowledge of the housing act and become rude if not hostile when it is quoted to them. Overall, if you want an estate agent you can trust this is not the place, be very wary as they will try to get money off you in any way they can and display a lack of professionalism.

In February 2020 my partner and found two properties which was up for sale with Sutton kersh that we were interested in. We had to ring the office many times to try and book viewings. Eventually as we were unable to get a viewing we knocked on one of the houses and spoke to the sellers who told us that Sutton kersh advised the sellers that we were too young to view this property. The second property were flexible with viewing times however we continued to be told that they would ring us back which never happened. We eventually viewed the properly and put an offer in which was accepted. From this point on sutton kersh were very in helpful with queries. Seven months on we were still no further in the process. We rang to ask about potential move in dates and my partner was shouted at over the phone and the staff were extremely rude. The sale ultimately fell through which was very disappointing as we loved the house however was not in a position to be waiting one year or more to move. We have since bought a house with another company and would not recommend Sutton kersh to buyers!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Called so many times to be able to view and therefore place an offer on a property, every time they say they will contact you back, they never do, and they don't even give you their name!! On top of that they are actually showing the property because they clearly publicize new offers on the same property you want to bid!!
