GoogleA very positive experience from start to finish. Kayleigh from Sutton Kersh West Derby helped me find a home to let.. When I found a house I liked i signed the tenancy agreement and moved in within a couple of weeks. Kayleigh was very professional and responded to enquiries very quickly.. thanks for making this stressful time a lot easier for me! Excellent customer service!! Much appreciated :)

GoogleWow! Made renting a house such a breeze! it was hard to secure a rental with the properties crisis in the area. Kayleigh, Lettings Manager was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from which type the house I would need for my family size. She is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in my family size and our price range! She is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I felt lucky to work with Sutton Kersh. Is absolutely wonderful to work with Kayleigh. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She is the best! She kept me taught about available properties and let me know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was more than helpful in finding me a house. Great environment, professional and nice people in Sutton Kersh. Kayleigh and Siobhan care about their clients and they are always updated with what’s going on in the market. I recommend Sutton Kersh to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction. Highly recommended.

From the sales team Claire and Beth who gave me regular updates on the property I was selling to the lettings team Nicky and Kayleigh who are amaaaazing and managed to get my property let within a few days of posting with them. Property was let at no time, everything went smooth and fast. I am sure I forget some names there, my apologies to them. GoogleWell, where do I start? Fantastic and professional from day one. We went to view a house, and upon entering, we were greeted with a lovely, engertic young lady called kayleigh who showed us the property and was honest and polite. Kayleigh then overseen our interest in the propety progress to us acquiring the property. She helped us every step and moved mountains to accommodate us through the whole process. As I hit her and her colleague siobhan with requests and questions ( I was a bit of a pain ), they were both patient and friendly. Would I recommend sutton kersh to potential renters? Absolutely 💯 per cent. Kayleigh and siobhan, thank you so much for finding our forever home and helping and all the team at sutton kersh. Thank you.

GoogleSutton Kersh has been handling our rental property in Liverpool since we relocated to Scotland for my husband's work 12 years ago. We opted for the "management scheme" where we pay a very small percentage of our property income to Sutton Kersh and they in turn handle all of the tenants issues/safety checks etc! Best thing we could have done, we've had peace of mind and a stress free ride, if anything comes up we simply agree to an email and then they do all the leg work. Massive thank you in particular to Kayleigh! What a ⭐ she really is! Helpful, kind, very friendly. This girl goes above and beyond to help. Great experience ❤️

The lettings manager Kayleigh was so helpful in finding what i was looking for. The communication throughout was second to none and she helped with any questions.
