GoogleJust to make you aware people - there is NO GYM in Bridgewater Point 🤬 And we have been told since 2019 that there is going to be one, however, it never happened and there will be no gym. The only thing they care about is collecting the money from their tenants. The worst experience with letting agency ever. They changed their name from Fortis Residential because the previous reputation was that bad. Think twice before you sign any agreement with qube 💣 After just 1,5 year of use (of the Block B) the entire building looks overexploited 🤮
Hi Wojciech, we’re sorry to hear this. Please bear in mind Qube Residential did not build this building, so your issue with the gym is out of our control. Also, if you are unhappy with the common areas you can report this to building management at any time. Given that your property hasn’t needed a single repair in your 2 year tenancy, we’re unsure as to why you are unhappy with Qube’s services, when your gripes seem to be attributed to other parties. We sadly can’t help with your issues with your neighbours but we’ve pointed you in the right direction for the councils neighbourhood team to help. Always emailing or calling to make sure everything was clear, and was even helpful answering questions after I had settled into my new flat. GoogleThis is just a rebranded company for "Fortis Residential" I assume to try and remove their bad name. Awful letting agents who will do nothing to help you. Take months to fix anything, will try to avoid spending any money on the property even if it is their fault. If something is wrong they will simply say "they have called a contractor and they are on their way" for days. They are not worth the stress. Avoid.

Johnathan arranged my initial tenancy in 1105. This was over the Christmas period 2019. Everything was done quickly & professionally. The flat was flooded due to a leak in a communal area. Johnathan called me to let me know there was a flat available the same as mine (605) and organised the move. Overall great service & conscientiously managed

YellHighly recommend Avoiding this dismal Agency
Made an account just to warn people about this dismal agency. For those looking for a property in Liverpool I highly recommend avoiding these folks. 1 They ask for over £1,000 for your first month and deposit up front when you join. Plus if you want to terminate your contract early you need to pay £660 on top not including your deposit. So you cannot use that to pay that fee. But they will take money out of your deposit anway for "cleaning fees and or damages". Even though damages mentioned where recorded and photographed before I moved in. The building in question was also not secure for 5 months. The doors were always open and parcels where constantly stolen. I was also informed by other tennents that if you reported a issue with parts of their property you'd be charged the repair fee not them (which is illegal the landlord should be responsable).

GoogleQube Residential have let and managed our property in Silkhouse court for many years. They have always acted in a professional way in every aspect. Despite recent issues with Silkhouse they have continued to keep us informed throughout the problems despite none of these issues having been their fault.
