Qube Residential are highly responsive

I am an overseas landlord with a number of buy-to-let properties in the UK. I have dealt with a number of different letting agents over the past few years. Objectively Qube Residential, for whom Jonathan Cook has been my main contact, have been by far the most responsive, professional and helpful. So much so that I have chosen to aggregate most of my portfolio to Qube and away from the other agents I was using. I am very grateful to Qube and Jonathan in particular for the quality service they continue to provide.

Quality letting agents

Qube have managed my property for over 2 years and are fantastic. They communicate all issues relating to my property immediately and manage all issues professionally and fast. Tenants are referenced and sourced quickly, all landlord obligations eg PAT testing carried out within budget. Would highly recommend as always professional and great communicators .

Loved every minute with Qube so far!

After reviewing the options for managed letting agents from local and national firms I settled on Qube as Jonathan was very responsive and other reviewers had left glowing remarks so I felt like I was in safe hands. Since instructing them to let the property Qube has been very quick to market it and find a suitable tenant. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Jonathan & Sean have been able to rapidly find good value contractors to quickly come in and repair/replace items to get the most value out of the property. I have been handling this process from overseas and what I thought would be a nightmare has actually been an incredibly smooth process to preparing the property and securing a good stable tenant thanks to the hard work and excellent communication from the Qube team. I couldn't be happier with their performance and would highly recommend them to other landlords who want a comprehensive managed letting service. Tom
