GoogleVery awful experience with Diane Mc Carthy . Very unhelpful and dismissive as her response in every conversation is “there’s nothing we can do”. No empathy whatsoever or effort to help. We have just been given our keys and the w/c is old and stained in a new property. We started the application a month ago and still no blinds have installed on the scheduled day to move in, windows so wide and direct light rays in every area of the property. She just apportioned blame to the blinds company. We paid to you, signed a contract , told us on phone it should be ready before we move in . After 4weeks of the whole process the blinds are not fixed and we have to sleep out till is done. Very unacceptable and unprofessional especially when it involves contracts and payment. It tells how no one is actually responsible for checking if things are in place before tenants move in. Just “ there’s nothing I can do “. They just took our monies and handed over a property that wasn’t complete.

GoogleMy friend and I recently moved into a new apartment with Qube Residential, the service was exceptional from start to finish. Helen was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly efficient and proactive in getting everything moving quickly, which was especially important for us as we were hoping to move in ASAP. She always able to answer our questions (big or small) and made everything feel so smooth and stress-free. She was so kind and reassuring, and really helped two very stressed girls feel relaxed about their new home! Craig was also lovely when we collected the keys, taking the time to show us around and explain all the appliances and electricals. I would highly recommend Qube Residential to anyone looking for a smooth moving experience.

GoogleWow where to begin. I’ve had an amazing and positive experience with Qube Residential but more importantly with Helen who has helped me non stop with this tenancy. Helen is amazing , my process has been difficult with 2 guarantors letting me down and delaying the process , dealing with housing and issues and she has been so patient , reassuring and motivated to still help us secure this tenancy. If you’re going to work with qube please ask for Helen! She was so professional but still put my mind at ease where it didn’t feel too formal, she kept going above for us and changed the contract so many times due to delays on our part when she didn’t have to do this. Getting a new home can be stressful and yet she made it so much more relaxing and stress free, her fast responses showed her dedication for helping us. As an agent she’s the best you can get - I just wanna say a massive thanks to her because I honestly wouldn’t have got this tenancy without her and her patience. Overall , I would recommend Qube and Helen highly to anyone that is looking for a tenancy or finding a home - it wasn’t just “business” you could tell they genuinely cared and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleDisappointed with my experience dealing with Bethany regarding an end-of-tenancy charge. I felt my questions weren't properly addressed and the communication came across as quite dismissive. I was simply asking for a clear breakdown and supporting evidence for the £180 charge, but felt I was passed between different parties rather than being properly helped. I was also disappointed that she suggested I was using AI to write my emails, when I was simply trying to properly explain my concerns and get the matter resolved. Overall, I feel the situation could have been handled much more professionally.

GoogleI had a really good experience navigating the renting process with Qube Residential. Trying to secure an apartment last month was quite difficult, with so many people looking to do the same, but Adam was incredibly proactive in making sure my application process was as seamless as possible. Helene and Diane were also more than happy to answer all of my questions, regardless of how often I called 😂. My move-in process was quite stressful (although this was unrelated to Qube Residential), and despite a mix-up with the keys and inventory, everyone involved was extremely professional and proactive in getting everything resolved promptly. Kane in particular was incredibly kind and receptive to any concerns I had regarding the inventory, and was very professional and apologetic about the mix-up. There was also another member of the team, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, who went above and beyond to ensure the situation with my keys was resolved as quickly as possible. All in all, I would highly recommend Qube Residential, especially to anyone renting for the first time!!

From a landlord point of view, I wouldn't recommend this software or company. Annual rises and fixed contract for 5 years, yet we have been unable to use it. All nice to get you on board then once signed up its a different story. DONT BUY.

TrustpilotEmbarrasing. The won’t help tenants
Not recommendable. They promise changes that they never achieve. We have been without an elevator the whole year I have been living in this apartment. Sometimes even the only one working wouldn’t work in a building with 14 floors. Besides, I am forced to pay the rent worth one month as the fixed term contracts are no longer legal but they only advised by a general mail instead of informing tenants with fixed term contracts.
