GoogleJust to make you aware people - there is NO GYM in Bridgewater Point 🤬 And we have been told since 2019 that there is going to be one, however, it never happened and there will be no gym. The only thing they care about is collecting the money from their tenants. The worst experience with letting agency ever. They changed their name from Fortis Residential because the previous reputation was that bad. Think twice before you sign any agreement with qube 💣 After just 1,5 year of use (of the Block B) the entire building looks overexploited 🤮
Hi Wojciech, we’re sorry to hear this. Please bear in mind Qube Residential did not build this building, so your issue with the gym is out of our control. Also, if you are unhappy with the common areas you can report this to building management at any time. Given that your property hasn’t needed a single repair in your 2 year tenancy, we’re unsure as to why you are unhappy with Qube’s services, when your gripes seem to be attributed to other parties. We sadly can’t help with your issues with your neighbours but we’ve pointed you in the right direction for the councils neighbourhood team to help.
