Johnathan arranged my initial tenancy in 1105. This was over the Christmas period 2019. Everything was done quickly & professionally. The flat was flooded due to a leak in a communal area. Qube is the best letting agency I have dealt with. Having rented 3 other properties in the North West region, I have by far had the best experience with Qube. From the beginning when I was viewing the property they were professional and accommodating with arranging a repeat viewing and quick with answering questions. Taking out the tenancy was straightforward and clear. During the tenancy, Qube were helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The moving out process was also straightforward, even ‘contactless’. I dealt with Jonathan most times who was very knowledgable and helpful.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Seed who was so professional, Polite and always happy to help with any queries at all. Gary has gone over and above to get us our sale, and ensured it all went through smoothly. Even on completion he was finalising details out of normal working hours. He kept things on track for us and ensured that we had no concerns from start to finish. Our whole experience with Qube has been excellent from putting the property on the market through to completion. Gary was always just a phone call away even in this trying time when many businesses were shut due to lockdown. I would highly recommend Qube Residential to anyone. A massive thank you Gary on a successful sale. We are very satisfied customers.

I've been working with Qube to help find student residents to live in our Private Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) buildings in Salford, Birmingham and Newcastle. As we were the first PBSA that Qube worked with, the team were so attentive in learning our new ways of working as our bookings, tenancies and offering does vary from that of a normal HMO scheme. Dave, Kim, Tom and the wider team have not only been fundamental in the success of our new properties that have opened in both Salford and Birmingham, but have supported myself and the true Student team in coming out of this crazy year in a positive and strong position. I look forward to see what our partnership brings for the next academic year of sales! A special mention to Tom Hubber - The feedback we have received from our new guests that have booked with us via his support and referral have only lovely things to tell. They claim that he was really informative, friendly and supportive. Helping our students place a booking with us. From my side of things, I've worked really closely with Tom and he's always on hand to assist me with any of my weird and wonderful requests. He's helped me and the team massively, as he's helped get students to sign their tenancy contracts and even pay their rent. Thank you Qube team - now let’s see what our future partnership brings!

We dealt with Qube Residential when we found a flat to rent in Liverpool as they were working with another company. The service we received from Gary was great and the main reason we chose to go ahead with the tenancy. Gary showed us round the flat twice and answered all our questions fully and quickly. I would fully recommend this company to anyone looking for a new home.

Gary Seed was extremely influential in our decision to move into Jesse Hartley Way. This is due to his professionalism and constantly answering any questions, both on email, text and phone call, which we had regarding the property. I really appreciate how he showed us round the flat, not one, but twice before we moved in to ensure that we were happy with the flat. I really really appreciate all of the effort which Gary went to prior to us moving in, as well as, since moving in has said if we have issues we can contact him. Gary also made the move in process very easy.
