Finding my dream apartment with Qube has been absolutely fantastic. Tom kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and answered every question I had. Tom went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and dealt with every query I’d emailed/called or sent an SMS about. Tom was extremely patient from start to finish and I have recommended him to a few friends who are also property hunting at the moment. I had spoken to a few estate agents however I’m glad I proceeded with Qube as Tom kept me involved from day one. Moving into my new apartment was a smooth process and I’m really happy with the service Qube have provided.

After reviewing the options for managed letting agents from local and national firms I settled on Qube as Jonathan was very responsive and other reviewers had left glowing remarks so I felt like I was in safe hands. Since instructing them to let the property Qube has been very quick to market it and find a suitable tenant. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Jonathan & Sean have been able to rapidly find good value contractors to quickly come in and repair/replace items to get the most value out of the property. I have been handling this process from overseas and what I thought would be a nightmare has actually been an incredibly smooth process to preparing the property and securing a good stable tenant thanks to the hard work and excellent communication from the Qube team. I couldn't be happier with their performance and would highly recommend them to other landlords who want a comprehensive managed letting service. Tom

Manchester is awash with slick, silver-tongued lettings agents (strangely all wearing the same shoes, coats, and hair-gel) but Tom is a nice guy, free of the usual bullshit. The development I'm renting in has its problems, but Tom has always been straightforward about the limitations and how to handle them, which is all I really want. He's very quick to reply to my questions, and overall has made the rental experience much less stressful than it could have been.
