We have received excellent service in every aspect of dealing with Qube letting & Sales since the apartment became available to be let out. All the staff are helpful and answer all questions thoroughly and in detail. Any questions we have had are dealt with sensitively and politely. Our recent experience involved the change over from our previous tenant and to identify the new tenant who has now moved into the apartment. Courtney Bryant has been consistently timely, helpful and polite whilst advising us through this process and we have received excellent customer service reflected in the star ratings chosen. Many thanks to everyone, We would highly recommend Qube as a letting management company.

I have been in touch with Adam for a few years now. Although there were some issues with the development, he has always been helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. He managed to find 2 tenants for the asking price which was a relief for me. Very approachable and professional!

Objectively Qube Residential, for whom Jonathan Cook has been my main contact, have been by far the most responsive, professional and helpful. So much so that I have chosen to aggregate most of my portfolio to Qube and away from the other agents I was using. Qube have managed my property for over 2 years and are fantastic. They communicate all issues relating to my property immediately and manage all issues professionally and fast. Tenants are referenced and sourced quickly, all landlord obligations eg PAT testing carried out within budget. Would highly recommend as always professional and great communicators .
