Loved every minute with Qube so far!

After reviewing the options for managed letting agents from local and national firms I settled on Qube as Jonathan was very responsive and other reviewers had left glowing remarks so I felt like I was in safe hands. Since instructing them to let the property Qube has been very quick to market it and find a suitable tenant. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Jonathan & Sean have been able to rapidly find good value contractors to quickly come in and repair/replace items to get the most value out of the property. I have been handling this process from overseas and what I thought would be a nightmare has actually been an incredibly smooth process to preparing the property and securing a good stable tenant thanks to the hard work and excellent communication from the Qube team. I couldn't be happier with their performance and would highly recommend them to other landlords who want a comprehensive managed letting service. Tom

Great renting experience

Qube is the best letting agency I have dealt with. Having rented 3 other properties in the North West region, I have by far had the best experience with Qube. From the beginning when I was viewing the property they were professional and accommodating with arranging a repeat viewing and quick with answering questions. Taking out the tenancy was straightforward and clear. During the tenancy, Qube were helpful and responded quickly to my emails. The moving out process was also straightforward, even ‘contactless’. I dealt with Jonathan most times who was very knowledgable and helpful.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Seed who was so professional, Polite and always happy to help with any queries at all. Gary has gone over and above to get us our sale, and ensured it all went through smoothly. Even on completion he was finalising details out of normal working hours. He kept things on track for us and ensured that we had no concerns from start to finish. Our whole experience with Qube has been excellent from putting the property on the market through to completion. I don’t even know where to begin… we moved in March 2023, and all we have had is constant issues where our concerns are constantly being ignored. When we moved in on the first day, they had said they had a cleaner round… however the floors were filthy, the counters and tables were disgusting… there was a dirty sock on the kitchen smoke alarm (as we guess previous owners were smokers). Bulbs blown in bathrooms, handle completely off on shower door, we had no blinds, cracks all along the walls where the plaster has blown, the whole apartment smelt of smoke and cigarettes (even inside the fridge and showers) Both bed bases were completely broken in, there were old clothes of previous tenants under beds. Suppose to be a furnished property but the toaster and kettle did not work and was in horrid condition, as is the beds like I mentioned and the couch. The cupboard where the water tank is, has awful water damage on the ceiling and the tank from a previous leak… This was on the first day we moved in, it took almost 6 months for us to get blinds installed, we are still waiting for somebody to come and sort the water damage out… in fact we are waiting for a number of things to still be resolved yet we have heard absolutely nothing… The communication and lack of urgency this agency has to care for their tenants and properties is beyond me. Yet have the cheek to increase the rent? It has been an experience from hell, in a building that’s absolutely falling apart because just like the agency, the building management are not in the slightest bothered about the security and safety of those living there

Genuinely the worst management company I have ever come across. A disgusting handover, was told in person and had emails of proof that the redecoration that needed doing won’t be deducted from our deposit which they very much lied about and didn’t bother to inform the landlord about this. Four months later we got our rightfully deserved deposit back no thanks to this horrible company. I hope the stress you put us through made you sleep better at night.
