Lettings Services of the highest order

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I experienced when dealing with Northwoods lettings team. So efficient, and quick to respond with diligence. From a landlords perspective, they have provided me with a very competitive 'Guaranteed Rental Agreement' and absolute peace of mind that the property will be cared for, in a way of which will require little to no intervention of my own. I've been dealing with another branch of Northwood based in London for over a decade now and have seen the same high standards practiced year on year. I recently used Northwood Liverpool office to rent my apartment. From first contact with Northwood, I found them to be efficient, professional and all the team members I have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. I was interested in their Rent Guarantee Service and whilst I did not go with this service at this stage, I was happy to appoint them to full manage the property. They have walked me through all the legalities of renting the property, arranged licenses etc. All of these things would have been difficult to deal with given I live overseas. Within a matter of days of advertising the property I had a viewing and the property was snapped up immediately for the requested rental price. Approvals and fact-finding on the potential tenant were thorough and fast and the tenant was moved in within a very short time frame. So happy with the service and highly recommend the team at Northwood, Liverpool.

As a new landlord I would recommend

So I contacted Northwood as a prospective landlord seeing as they are local and an ever popular agent in my area... After submitting an online query via their contact form, the team were quickly in touch to understand my needs and see if they could be of service. Just a few weeks later my property has a tenant in place, whilst using agents is not always something I understand people wish to do when letting, for me this experience has been a breeze.
