The Trusted AgentExcellent Dual Service Provided
As both a landlord and as a vendor Northwood Liverpool excelled in every aspect of these 2 distinct business areas. I found them easy to communicate with, very efficient, and also very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rent out their property, or sell, and benefit from a truly professional service.

The Trusted AgentInspection 19/10/21
I have to say I've not always been too pleased or impressed with the people we've dealt with from Northwood in the 3 years 4 months that we've lived in this property, however, our inspection today was professional and efficient but thorough. Christine was super friendly and chatty. She is a credit to Northwood.

The Trusted AgentProfessional and responsive
We have found Northwood to be very helpful, and they are responsive when we have an issue. When our heating broke in November, they arranged for it to be repaired within a couple of hours. Fran has inspected the property on a couple of occasions, and was helpful with questions each time. Much better experience with this company than we have had with others.

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service and Knowledge
I met with Nathaniel of Northwood homes Liverpool. He showed me a place on Princes Dock. He was very friendly on time and he answered every question I had. He made me feel at ease considering I am a first time renter. I would love to do business with his company based on today's meeting.

Rachel has been really great with us during some issue we were having with the property. She has been very friendly and professional and has delivered great service to us. She has been great with us even though the issue has been complicated and we have had to email many times. She is a real asset to the team there.

The Trusted AgentPrompt and friendly service
Joanne conducted a valuation the day after we first contacted Northwood. She was friendly and efficient, putting us at ease. She explainedthe process and service offered, also taking photographs there and then to make sure the sale could be advertised immediately if we decided to go ahead. We were delighted with the visit and would recommend Northwood.

The Trusted AgentAvoid Avoid Avoid
never responded to emails and/or phone calls without me making follow up calls/emails. Repairs not completed, Flat was damp - tried to charge me despite me having reported the problem 11 months ago. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced - I am aghast that they have any positive reviews. Avoid at all costs.
