We are currently in the process of renting a property through this company as our first family home. We originally sent email enquiries through right move but this didn't get a reply so after a week i called the office and once we managed to get in touch with them directly the service and manner was fantastic. We went for a viewing of two houses and the agent showing us round had all the info to hand or knew the answers to our questions and even got in touch the next day to see how we were and if we wanted to proceed with the application. We did this and within two days of originally seeing the property the checks and paperwork had been done, the landlord agreed to go ahead and we had a moving in day! Although the process was only short ( something we were surprised by and very happy about) . Since this day we have had email contact with updates on things to do with the property that we will be moving into next week. We couldn't recommend this estate agents more they are friendly but professional and always answer questions ies within a few hours. Great customer service.

I moved into a Lighthouse property at the start of my final university year. Though there were some initial problems, the staff were very friendly and happy to help, quickly resolving any issues. They informed us well in advance of any house inspections, allowing us ample time to prepare, and once they had finished the inspections they left polite notices informing us off any areas to keep an eye on. Moving out and returning the keys was a simple procedure, and they completed their final check extremely quickly, and fairly, and returned the deposit in full. I was happy with my time in a Lighthouse Property.

Lighthouse do have a reputation within the student on Lincoln as being not one of the best property services. But when you are with them they are generally a good company to be with. Every query/question or request that I have ever asked of them has been completed quickly and to a good quality state. The main problem with students is that they do not understand that when it comes to to fixing a problem lighthouse do have to contact the landlord and get their permission before completing any jobs. This can be a lot of work if the landlord isn't particularity helpful and because of this lighthouse get an undeserved bad name. So my overall experience has been good they have always quickly done what I needed them to do for me with ease. Don't always believe what you hear.

I have always found the various members of staff that I have dealt with at Lighthouse to be courteous and professional in every way. They deal with the many landlords on their books exceptionally and treat you as if you are their sole customer. They are very prompt in replying to my various requests for information and I have always found their rental payments to be delivered on time I would be happy to recommend them to any other landlord looking for an agent for their property in Lincoln.

I am pleasantly surprised with the service we have received from lighthouse this year, especially since we'd heard negative things before moving in. When we've called regarding issues to the house someone has been to look within 2 days and the problems are sorted really quickly. The only downside is having to begin payments for accommodation starting in July when we do not go back to university until September, resulting in a lot of money being spent without us there. :)

I have been with Lighthouse for a number of years during which time lighthouse have managed up to three houses for me. They have collected rent, managed tenants (students and others) and managed the maintenance of the buildings. All this has been carried out in a very professional manner and they have always contacted me, usually by E Mail, before carrying out any work whether I have been in or out of the country. The people in the office have always been helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

I rented a house with Lighthouse in my final year at university and after hearing various stories of how they are as a property service, I was extremely pleased with the service as a whole and friendliness of the staff. Whenever there was a query or issue within the house, they were quick to find a solution or get someone in to sort the problem. Of course, it can take a little longer as they have to ask the landlords permission before any work was carried out, but at no point were we left without water, heating etc if there was a problem. Prices of the properties are very reasonable and because bills and internet is all included, it makes life a lot easier when you don't have to worry about paying several different bills at different times. It also made the moving out process completely straightforward as all you needed to do was make sure the house was clean and tidy and to hand the keys back - no cancelling bills or utility contracts. Overall great experience with Lighthouse and would definitely recommend them to others in the future :)

Lived with lighthouse for 2 out of the 3 years of my University life and never once had an issue with the service. If any problems arose, e-mails and telephone calls were quickly responded to and dealt with accordingly, staff were always kind and helpful. Moving out of the properties was a smooth process, we made sure both houses were properly cleaned and as a result the full deposit was returned on both occasions. Looking forward to starting new private tenancy with lighthouse in 2 months time!

After not getting into uni halls, I was assigned to a house through Lighthouse. Staff were extremely helpful in the process of signing for the house, providing all information needed, helpful in answering all questions from a nervous first year student and the contract was clear and concise. In the last four months Lighthouse have been easy to contact, listen and respond to all queries in good time and any repairs have been dealt with quickly. I'm very happy with Lighthouse and have already signed a contract with them to stay in my current house for a second year.

Returning to university from a year out work experience to re-enrol on a Masters course, I found Lighthouse Property Services very helpful and friendly during the early stages of seeking accommodation. Upon finding a student house, myself and three other Masters students signed up straight away and the Lighthouse team were friendly and helpful during the process. During the tenancy, we found that Lighthouse property services were helpful throughout and dealt with problems as and when we reported them. Thankfully, problems with the house were few and we found the team pleasant and helpful throughout our two year tenancy. As a result, our time at university was enjoyable and this is partly due to the positive experience that the house and Lighthouse team provided. Overall I was happy with my experience and I would recommend the agency both to students and landlords. Thanks Lighthouse!

I have never had any problems with Lighthouse in the past half a year living in one of their properties. Our house is large and spacious with a cheap rent per month for the house/room size and all bills included. I find the staff at the office friendly and willing to help and all problems that we encounter are dealt with within at least a week. I would highly recommend Lighthouse to anybody looking to rent a student house - great prices, staff and properties.

Lighthouse have looked after my property in Lincoln since 2006, and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance service to be very efficient. Whenever there have been problems with the house, and there have been one or two quite serious ones over the years, Lighthouse have been able to sort them out speedily and satisfactorily. When tenants have left, the re-letting has usually gone very smoothly, with new tenants being found and vetted quickly, and I have always found them to be very helpful in the process. I'm certainly happy to recommend them if you are looking for agents to manage your property for you.

Lighthouse are excellent letting agents, they are fair with both price and their quality services towards their clients. I can not fault their tremendous customer service which means any problems that a tenant has can be resolved in a matter of hours. The property was in great condition when we arrived at the start of the year and the property was very well fitted out. After dealing with them for two years I would not express an interest in letting with any other company. I do not believe I would receive the same high quality that I do with Lighthouse. Compared to a lot of friends in other places of the country I think that we are very lucky to have such generous agents.

Lighthouse has made the transition back to Uni a breeze. The staff are very friendly and have always solved any issues we have had very quickly and efficiently and at our convenience.
