GoogleI've been with lighthouse for 3 years in total and never had any issue at all. If anything breaks or has a fault it's fixed almost immediately and with minimal fuss. Beyond that both Bradley and Nathan have been nothing short of amazing, the staff in general are friendly and welcoming. Certainly recommend them to any students looking to rent

GoogleAll around nightmare. Would take ages for anything to get fixed. Had mould in my room which they left for six months and then didn't fix properly over the summer. All staff are uninterested in helping you and will actively try and scam you of your depositNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleStaff are very pleasant and helpful. I signed on for a flat and had extenuating circumstances come up, which they worked to accommodate for. I'm moving in tomorrow and couldn't be happier with their service! They do student housing as well.

GoogleIssues were always dealt with swiftly and communication was excellent. A few problems arose regarding mix ups with payments, but it was quickly resolved via a phone call. I am now renting another Lighthouse Property this year following the quality of service received.

GoogleAwful disgusting bunch of money grubbers who will find any excuse to extort your money! If you are looking for a place look elsewhere and stay away from Lighthouse!!!

GoogleWe love our flat with lighthouse and signed for another year! Staff and landlord are great, made it easy when viewing and sorting property out. Also any problems we have had have been sorted, we even got a new vacuum, which doesn't happen every day, hopefully continue having a great two years with them. Definitely recommend having a look at the properties they have to offer. Even first years as much better than previous halls accommodation, for the price.

GoogleI've read some of your reviews about how repairs takes so long and other stuff and i have to say that's half true. I've had a boiler problem and after i've send an email to one of the staff ( it was friday), next monday the plumber came. Yes, it took over 1 week or so to get the job done because the plumber didn't get my problem quite right and did not tested thoroughly and he had to come 3 times. What matter is that the job is done and also the staff is very nice and understanding to your requests. 4/5 because of the plumber.
