GoogleLighthouse manage a few of my properties in Lincoln and are a pleasure to deal with. My contact is Hayley, who is excellent, and she has been very pro active in finding tenants and dealing with problems that have arisen. They are all student lets so there is a lot of work dealing with four or five individuals in each house but they manage it extremely well. I recommend them highly.

GoogleI have stayed in my house with Lighthouse properties for 2 years now, with competitive rent fees maintaining the same price across the two years because we were staying, we also received 1 month free. I love my house, it's done up completely brand new. We have never had and problems with the services e.g. internet, electricity, gas. Any problems that we do have concerning the house are sorted very quickly.

GoogleIve had a very good experience with Lighthouse this year and plan to stay with them again next year. They offer a very good service , offers a number of different properties with a range of prices, depending on distance from university. Which are very fair prices. Very helpful staff always willing to help if any problems occur. Highly recommend using Lighthouse if anyone is looking for Student housing.

GoogleThe staff at Lighthouse have always been polite and friendly. They are very helpful and nothing ever seems too much hassle. Any problems with the property have always been dealt with efficiently and at the convenience of the tenants. Lighthouse give plenty of notice prior to any inspections or viewings to ensure the tenants are prepared. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse after my experiences over the past 2 years.

GoogleI have been using Lighthouse Property Services Ltd for many years now. As I live in France, I rely entirely on their professional service to manage my property. They reply promptly to emails and provide detailed statements regularly. They also ensure that the property is properly maintained and all landlord's certificates are up-to-date. They provide a good service and I see no reason to change to another provider.

GoogleWill not be using again. Didn't solve many of our problems all year round, including not fixing the kitchen lights properly (flickering constantly). Would not recommend.

We tend to use MB Electrical, a fully qualified NICEIC, for any electrical issue who are a brilliant contractor.

GoogleI think Lighthouse get a rough time of it through renting out to students who seem to wreck a house and then use their 'law knowledge' to have a moan. Our letting was cut short through external circumstances and the manager met with us the next morning, sorting everything out, deposit back to us straight away and paperwork settled.

Our property has been let successfully for 3 years now and the fact they can provide very quick maintenance for our tenants is great and reassuring for us as landlords, so we can keep out tenants happy.

This feels like another review of the “situation” (dictated by your contractual terms and your landlord) as opposed to the services of Lighthouse Property Services. Both Lighthouse Property Services and Nathan helped save you £770.00 so how this is anything other than a five star review is bewildering.

GoogleFor student the rent per month is reasonable and I liked how there were a variety of ways it could be paid. I got a good size property and when I was looking for a house in my first year of university there was a range of houses to look at, in various locations across the city.

GoogleLighthouse manage three properties for me in Lincoln and I have been with them for several years now. Throughout all of my dealings with them I have found them incredibly professional, courteous and helpful...plus, importantly, they have kept the properties let almost continuously. I would recommend them very very highly to any other landlord in the area.

GoogleWe have dealt with Lighthouse Property Services for around 15 years and on the whole the service has been good. As with any letting relationship there are issues with tenants/maintenance etc. however the speed that these are matters are dealt with is very good. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Lighthouse to both tenants and landlords.

GoogleWe have had excellent service from Lighthouse Property Services over 8 years. They have readily found tenants.They have informed us of any problems that have arisen,whilst dealing with maintenance through their in house staff. The flat has had regular inspection and has been kept in good order. The staff are polite and efficient at all times.

GoogleThe property where I am living now has been under Lighthouse management for a several years. With the clear conscience I can state this is a great Estate Agency and I never had to complain about any repairs as they solve the problems as quickly as they can. Would definitely reccomend it.
