This is because of the Leadership of Elizabeth who has been a constant presence in the company, ensuring that no matter who works there the service provided was always the same. This ensured that our experience as Landlords was stress free. Our most recent portfolio manager was Haf whose service and communication was excellent. Overall, the staff at this office have been very friendly and helpful. I have been living in this property for almost 2 years now with minimal complaints. If anything was in need of repair, it was quickly arranged with a contractor and fixed. When the property has needed to be reviewed, the office was helpful to work around a time and day suitable for myself. The only complaint I have is that we have been through many letting agents/managers, so the communication could have been complicated but this hasn't affected our relationship with the staff or the tenancy.
