I've worked with Sue for over 5 years and nothing is too much trouble. Most recently I've had trouble with an energy company overcharging me for a void period and Sue helped me resolve this and also provided me with all the evidence I required to successfully challenge the energy company. I have been using Martin & Co for a number of years to manage my rental apartment in Leeds city. I had a water leak which caused extensive damage to the apartment as well as other areas of the building. Sue Wilson came to my rescue on a late Friday afternoon and went beyond my expectations in getting a plumber to sort things out as well as to reassure me things were in hand. Her follow up has been timely and professional and I am not sure what I would have done without her. I cant recommend her and her team enough.

A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.
