Having recently moved to Leeds and being our first time renting. Martin & Co have been great in helping us with the process. Having moved in and had a few issues with the apartment, I would like to leave a special mention for our property manager Sue. Sue has been excellent at getting all issues resolved and keeping us updated.

We're only part way through our purchase 🤞 but so far have been very happy with the efficiency of / communications of Nadeem at Martin & Co. A lot of estate agents are over-pushy with potential Purchasers. In our view Nadeem strikes the right balance between promoting the interests of the Vendor without being overly pushy in relation to potential Purchasers.
