Our experience as a just-arrived family with Claire was very beautiful. She cares about our apartment more than we do! she always encourages us to ask questions and report maintenance requests. The only answer we hear from Claire is "leave it to me" or "let me do it for you". Finally, we are more than satisfied and blessed to have a property manager like her.

I have used the services of Martin & Co approaching 10 years. Their service has been consistently excellent to the point where I automatically switch to them from less favoured poorer performing agents. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Me and my girlfriend were looking for a place to live for quite a while, then we found out about Martin and Co. As soon as we viewed our apartment the agent that showed around told us to phone in the office, and Marcus picked up the phone, from the very start Marcus gave us all the right information, answered all of our questions when we weren't sure about things and made us feel comfortable in doing so. Thank you very much for the wonderful service, would definitely recommend to others.

I don't live locally so I rely heavily on my agents to manage our properties. Martin and Co never let me down - I can always trust them to find good tenants quickly, be on top of all the paperwork and keep me informed. If ever there is a problem they will go the extra mile to sort it out. I've managed to refurbish two properties remotely which has only been possible because of their help and cooperation - helping me find contractors and coordinating things. They really know their market and take pride in what they do. Like many people I've had bad experiences with other agents but I've been truly impressed by Martin & Co. They are definitely head and shoulders above the rest.

GooglePrejudice and not honest. They will twist things just to milk out of you your last money you have. If you don't know of something, they won't provide you relative information, and by the end of tenancy charge you and deduct money, and blame on you! Disgraceful agency lobbying out of unaware tenants. You all should be ashamed!
