GoogleWe moved into our property in Middleton in August, and while there were some issues, they were not the fault of Martin & Co and they have now been fixed. Our Agent, Haf, has been very helpful and patient with us throughout our time at our property.

My experience with Martin&Co thus far has been none other than excellent. I have been living in Leeds for almost 4 years now, using different estate agents and having various landlords for each year, with each one ranging from frustrating to down right atrocious. In contrast, Martin&Co have treated me wonderfully, not as potential profit, or as a young person who is easy to scam, but simply as a person looking for a home. Each staff member I have had contact with has taken the time and care to explain things properly, even going so far as to contact me and arrange viewings on the same day as new properties have become available. I would like to mention Umair in particular, for making me feel comfortable and at ease during viewings, and for being genuinely happy for me when I was accepted for my current property. Additionally Lauren, who helped me with my paperwork. My new home is exactly what I spent the best part of 5 months looking for, which I most likely would not have found without Umair's help. Thank you Martin&Co, I look forward to the entirety of my tenancy.

I’ve just sold a buy to let property with Martin&Co and it has been effortless. My main point of contact was Helen who is a true professional in every sense of the word. She was always there to answer the phone and emails if I had any questions. If she didn’t know the answer she would find it out and call me back. It’s such a breath of fresh air when you come across a proactive team and the Martin&Co team are definitely that. Thank you very much to all of you.

GooglePrejudice and not honest. They will twist things just to milk out of you your last money you have. If you don't know of something, they won't provide you relative information, and by the end of tenancy charge you and deduct money, and blame on you! Disgraceful agency lobbying out of unaware tenants. You all should be ashamed!

FacebookI just wanted to give in Minus.My husband booked a appointment 1.30 and reached by 1.17.The lady reached 1.45 just gave a missed call while my hubby froze near the gate she without checking left.Such a liar am sure she never came or needs a brushup in how to deal with clients. Complaining about them to there seniors wont help all clueless and sail the same boat.Just gonna make sure no one ever is troubled by there worthless service.Seriously please shut down nd relax at home if you cant do business.

Our experience as a just-arrived family with Claire was very beautiful. She cares about our apartment more than we do! she always encourages us to ask questions and report maintenance requests. The only answer we hear from Claire is "leave it to me" or "let me do it for you". Finally, we are more than satisfied and blessed to have a property manager like her.
