Seems like Brexit is playing it’s part on the letting market too.
Contacted Martin & Co to enquire about a property that has just been put on the market to be let, literally called a few minutes after it landed on Rightmove.
I was told someone will call me as soon as they get the keys for the property to arrange a viewing. Of course no one did.
I called again the next day just to be told I will be contacted again. I was sent an email asking about our situation to which I replied even though I gave all those details the day before on the phone.
Of course no one contacted me.
Today I call again just to be told that they are fully booked for viewings on this property.
Discrimination at its finest.
I have lived in this country for 10 years and I have never been treated so poorly.
This is not the first estate agent to treat me like this because of my foreign name. This time I will take it further.

GoogleI’m currently renting a flat from this agency but the flat was so many faults and very dirty mouldy. They would take ages to acknowledge on the issues report. Also they haven’t given enough information that you need to know about the flat and anything. Won’t say this is the worst but not good either.
