Honestly I couldn’t recommend Martin&Co enough, especially Nadeem Khan. I am just about to complete on a purchase I made through Martin&Co and Nadeem has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process. Right from the first viewing he was very professional and attentive, he helped and guided me through the offer process in an honest way and has been so supportive through the whole thing, he’s gone above and beyond, letting me view the property as much as I wanted, even helping me by arranging a decorator for when I move in. He has always communicated well and told me where we are at every step of the way. I will definitely be using Martin and Co again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Nadeem!

12 months ago one property needed a complete refurbishment. Sue took complete charge of the “project” which was done quickly, on a tight budget, and without fuss. I could not recommend Sue and Martin & Co more highly

Renting a property. Took months to sort out issues. Really poor communication and continually ringing and emailing for issues to be sorted, as a company you'd think they would be on top chasing this and not the tenant. Took days off work for contractors not to turn up. When leaving property, we left it in better condition and tried to charge us for numerous things, luckily we had photo evidence and got our deposit returned. Will never rent with this company again

Really excellent service selling our city centre flat. Martin & Co were the most friendly and professional estate agents we came across, they worked really hard to produce an excellent advert and helped us to get a great price. They also really helped move the sale forwards when the buyer’s solicitors were quiet. Would definitely recommend both Helen and Kate for their fantastic work.

Impressed at the speed of response by Isobel and her team. Troublesome boiler at a rented property was highlighted and fixed within two days of the urgency being raised. The property was new to the team yet they managed to get firstly an electrician and then two plumbers (late on in the afternoon) to attend and fix the problem. Thank You.
