I have been using Martin & Co for several years now, to manage 2 properties. The reason I use them is because they completely take any stress out of being a landlord. Any issues are addressed efficiently and quickly. They are always on hand for advice. 12 months ago one property needed a complete refurbishment. Sue took complete charge of the “project” which was done quickly, on a tight budget, and without fuss. I could not recommend Sue and Martin & Co more highly

I have been patiently waiting for a tenancy renewal but wasn't sure how long it was going to take. I contacted Martin Co and Haf answered. I knew of him through word of mouth on how good he is at getting things done. I asked for a renewal as my property manager wasn't available at the time and he managed to get it all done within the hour or me ringing whereas previously I had waited a month. So from my single experience with Haf I can understand why people said he's good to have. Cheers Haf

GoogleI’ve been really impressed with Haf handling a lot of property management activities recently. It’s been quite a juggle but he communicated well and responded quickly with suggestions and quotes for issues and maintenance jobs reported by the tenant. I’d recommend Haf to manage your property.

I don't live locally so I need to be able to trust and rely on my letting agents. I've worked with Martin's for many years and they have always been rock solid. They know the market, found good tenants and achieved good rent levels for me. They have dealt with all kinds of issues in their stride and I've been particularly impressed by Beth who has been fantastic at keeping on top of things, chasing and updating. I honestly couldn't do without them.
