Marcus has been truely outstanding in the process of my boyfriend and I moving house. There have been many complications (not through Martin & Co) and Marcus has been our shining star even though he hasn't had to be, right from the beginning. He has gone above and beyond to help us and to speed up the process which is fully appreciated. We just want to thank him as we have been very demanding but he has understood and done everything he could for us. Thank you!

GoogleNadeem Khan was extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to move into my new home, before the end of the year. There were many hurdles but he overcame them all, and stayed professional and decent throughout. If he has more grey hairs than before taking on the challenge of the house sale, it didn't seem obvious.

We moved into our beautiful home and had a problem with furniture, I contacted Claire to help resolve the problem, she had a very speedy approach to the matter and responded to me straight away to get things right for us, I was expecting a few weeks of wait and instead she got us what we wanted the following day with great communication with us through the whole process. I would like to say a big thanks to Georgina who helped me look for flats to rent in Leeds. As I am relocating from Wiltshire and due to restrictions on when I could view and long distance, I was struggling with my plans for viewings! However, I rang Martin & Co and spoke to Georgina and she was by far the best! She was very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable with the flats on her list and also the areas within Leeds. This really helped me being someone who isn't from Yorkshire so not familiar with much more than the city centre. She always responded promptly to all my emails and calls! It's very rare to get such helpful advice and assistance and it made my day of viewings much easier. Even though I ended up getting a flat elsewhere this was only because of my specific mobility requirements and I was limited on the date of moving in - being one of the popular days of the year! However, if I am ever flat hunting again then I would be sure to contact Georgina again. She is brilliant and also very good at managing customers' expectations. Meshach is simply a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with letting agents. He has always gone the extra mile when I needed to ask questions regarding the renting process in the UK, and has made it a 100 times easier for me to find properties that suit me. I met Holly while viewing a property I wanted to rent. Holly always greeted with a smile and had a professional attitude throughout. After I had viewed the property, I decided I wanted to go through with an application. Holly was constantly in touch through the whole process updating me every step of the way. I am very heavily pregnancy and Holly would go that extra mile, by replying to my E-mails after office hours. It was my first time renting, Holly would be very comprehensive in explaining what stages I would need to go through to secure the property. Holly is an asset to Martin & Co and I would recommend this company based on the experience I had with Holly.

Lauren is just great, Always trying to accommodate my request, professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Michaels service and support has always been outstanding throughout the letting process for me. He was able to quickly capture my requirements in terms of location and layout of the flat I was looking for and was equally quick in submitting for my consideration a few good options. He has always offered a friendly, professional and unbiased view of each place without pushing me into making a decision. Once the tenancy was agreed Michael was still there to provide friendly advice or to help me out with any other issues I might have had due to my long periods out of the country. I could also count on Michael’s thorough knowledge of the Leeds property market when I was choosing a flat to buy in Leeds even though the flat was not sold through his agency: he even came out with me to visit a few of them.
