GoogleBethany Bowers and Olivia from letlive provided outstanding assistance in helping me switch rooms within the same house due to issues with my old room. Their professionalism and empathy were evident from the start, making the transition seamless and stress-free. They communicated promptly, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my satisfaction were remarkable. Now, thanks to their efforts, I have a new room with a beautiful view! I highly recommend Bethany and Olivia for their exceptional service!

GoogleRebecca was quick to respond to my repair requests, sought landlord approval for the repairs in a timely manner, and arranged for a contractor to visit to carry out the repairs. The repair was carried out within a week of flagging the issue, despite the issue being non-urgent. This has been great service and I couldn't ask for more, other than that I hope this level of service is consistent with all staff and continues throughout the duration of my tenancy. Thank you Rebecca.

GoogleEditing my review. Awful place. Assured us 4 years ago that we didn’t owe anything on electric as they messed up the meters to the corresponding flats. Continually asked throughout the tenancy about it and kept getting reassured we wouldn’t have to pay as it’s an issue with the meters and the Landlord/Scottish Power would sort. 4 years later I get chased by a debt collection company for £2.1k which no one has lying around these days. Done nothing to help, just tough luck apparently. We should have got it in writing from them but it’s devious as they probably knew this would happen eventually. Remember to get everything in writing with these.

GoogleI had an incredibly helpful and informative experience with LiveLetLeeds in finding a first-time tenancy. Lucie was very thorough in showing me several properties and explaining the process of applying to them too. I booked on for a few viewings in different areas and was impressed by her suggesting and showing me several other properties that would fit my needs, on that very same day. EDIT: After living with LLL for a year now, I am still grateful for their help in finding a property as well as being insightful into when other viewings were coming up in the household etc. All maintenance requests were met quickly and professionally, so I would definitely recommend LiveLetLeeds to others.

GooglePoor quality of housing and persistent issues that neither they or landlord helped fix. Tried to charge unreasonable rates and take all of the deposit ( scheme ruled in our favour thankfully) would not recommend

GoogleI found my apartment with the help of Beth, who was patient and waited for me because I was running late for my viewing. Beth was kind when showing me around the property and made sure to answer politely whatever questions I asked. Also, Olivia who I was in communication with when processing my application was very tolerant and accommodating which made the application process very smooth. Overall, I am very pleased with their services.
