I'm a landlord and continue to be very happy with the service I receive from Alix and the team. We've been with them for nearly 7 years and they now manage several properties for us. We've had experiences with agents in other locations and when we've purchased tenanted properties and in my experience, Lets Live Leeds is more proactive and provides better service than the others. Lucy, Ricky, Rebecca and the whole team are very professional in their approach and have helped us manage transitions easily. Recently they managed the transfer to us of a tenanted property that was mismanged before. They worked positively with the existing tenants and quickly found us a new excellent tenant for what was an unoccupied room for several months. We're very pleased with the service we receive from Let's Live Leeds.

I found the estate agent I dealt with to be quite unfriendly and, at times, dismissive. As someone who is naturally introverted, I felt uncomfortable during the viewing, as her manner came across as slightly judgmental. There were moments where I felt self-conscious, and at times it felt as though she was trying not to laugh at me, which made the interaction particularly uncomfortable. She made very little effort to engage in conversation, and several of my questions were left unanswered. Overall, I did not feel supported or guided through the viewing process. At the time, I was going through a particularly difficult period in my life, and I would have appreciated a more considerate and professional approach. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling uneasy rather than reassured.

Amy Moxon was one of the best agents/officials I have ever dealt with. I spoke to her over a dozen times over the phone throughout the referencing and pre-tenancy phase and in every single call she has always been supportive and kind. Her serviceability was phenomenal and resulted in me obtaining my accommodation in just enough time before I began my work regardless of the time being confined. I would like to express my gratitude to her and to Bailie as well. Simulteneously, my house mates told me similar feedback about her, indicating how much recognition she deserves for her hard work.

I had a really great experience with Let’s Live Leeds and in particular Amy Moxon, throughout the referencing and tenancy process. The team was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They provided me with a very good room and made everything smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate how they were flexible with my move-in date. I initially mentioned the 28th, then changed it to the 1st, and they handled it without any issues. That really meant a lot to me. As an HMO landlord, I highly recommend Aamira as an outstanding professional agent. She has an excellent understanding of tenant needs and provides precise design advice.
