I am currently renting a property with Lets Live Leeds and had to report some maintenance issues, Rebecca Johnson has been dealing with them and has been very helpful. Getting back to me quickly on any issues raised and also providing me answers to any queries i've had. She has got most my issues fixed I have reported on the day i report it and only had to wait a day max for some other stuff. Overall very helpful from Rebecca and always kept me in the loop.

Had a viewing in Beeston. Really great service by LLL, especially Beth (who helped me with the viewing). She was really helpful and answered all questions. Even while leaving the property after almost a year, LLL has continued to provide the best service, especially Bailie, who was really considerate, after I explained my situation to her. She guided me really well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend LLL for any property related business.

Rebecca Johnson is the property manager of my HMO property and Buy to Let property in Leeds. Rebecca is very helpful and always be patience to answer my questions. From the start of dealing with let’s live leeds for my rented house they were amazing they helped me sort everything and if I had any questions put me straight on everything as I haven’t done this on my own in lots of years as everything has changed. The communication with Olivia via email was fantastic she kept me updated all the time. I’m really happy how everything was delt with I couldn’t have wanted more. Bethany that showed me round the property when I viewed it was so lovely and was nothing but professional at all times she answered all the questions I had she was brilliant and I left the property with a positive hope in my heart. Thanks girls you did yourselves proud. On Friday the boiler in my rented house with let’s live leeds wouldn’t work so I got in touch with them to get it sorted I got a time and day for the Baxi engineer to arrive as I work different shifts Monday to Friday and they just give u a day slot. So after getting no where with them on the phone and speaking to bailie she said she would sort it and while I went to work said she would house sit while the engineer fixed the boiler. Bailie went above and beyond for me yesterday and now I have hot water and heating sorted thanks to her she really did herself proud.

From the moment I started interacting with Lets Live Leeds I immediately felt comfortable. Through an email exchange with Charlotte it was obvious I was speaking to real people who understand we are also real people. She advised me on which rooms they had that were suitable and what would be expected of me should I decide to sign up - as I had never rented this way before I was very unsure. Meeting Bailie when viewing the rooms the text communication continued to be genuine and I ever remarked at the time that I was genuinely grateful for the time everyone had taken to explain things to me and engage with me on a personal level instead of just going through the motions. I was then passed forward to Amy for referencing and again, the communication, whilst a little more formal, still felt easy and like I had actually been heard. I don't k ow how living at one of their properties will be, but at least for this side of the process I am genuinely thankful for each interaction. This has been a stressful time and they've all made it a lot easier for me. For the sake of buzz words: every question I had was answered, no matter how obscure; easy and clear communication; phone calls only when necessary; easy to email; quick replies; rooms viewed and signed for within a week and a half; excellent customer care and service

I am renting as a professional for the first time. Six months ago, I had been quite anxious about finding the right place and importantly, the right company and the right landlord. I came across a listing on Spare Room for a room in a shared house in Burley, shared the pictures and the details of the landlord with a friend of mine who had quite confidently said that she had heard good things about Lets Live Leeds- so I went with her recommendation to explore my options. I looked at 2 rooms, both en-suite, reasonable sized, around Burley area and I went with one of them on the first viewing. I am truly glad I did. For since I have moved to to my room, it has been a wonderful experience. The house has a cleaner twice a month and they do a wonderful job every time. They have a fault/repair reporting system which is extremely handy and very easy to use and like all households, there's been a few issues here too but the response for the repairs has been immediate - literally. Joe the property manager always responds to the requests for replacements and repairs immediately usually in the next day and the work is complete in less than a week sometimes. I know my friend who rents with someone else and they had to almost fight for a replacement mattress, I sent in a request over a week ago citing the state of mine and a week later I have a new mattress and I have not slept this well for a long time. Amy the Operations Executive and Charlotte are very approachable staff and are very willing to help with all queries and concerns. The property overall is also in good condition and modern (the house is actually pretty warm time). I am really glad that Baillie the Assistant Lettings Manager took my request to view this property before our scheduled viewing because I was worried I'll miss a good room, in a good house, in a good location and for negotiating a lower rent for me with the landlord because it all worked for someone like me renting for the first time (almost as if this is all divine intention) - they certainly have made a very good first impression, especially since we have all heard of terrible renting stories. I thought I'd be looking for a new place, new landlords because I tend to expect the worst and hope for the best, but they say you should hold on to the good things as long as you can so I'll be staying for a while here. I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank the team for their great service. If you are in the market looking for a new place, I take pride in the fact that I can vouch for this team to give you a great service and look after you.
