Hi Paul. Sorry you feel the need to leave us a low rating, I know you were unhappy that we charged for £15.00 at the end of your tenancy as your room needed a clean. We did reduced this from £25.00 as a good will gesture and offered you the opportunity to clean yourself. I will happily discount this off any future application to rent a property through us. kind regards Alix Newton Director

Thanks Paisieka, (although you've not written a review) I know your move turn around time was within 24hrs, so we had to work super hard as a team to get all the paper work done / get you moved so you could settle into your new job.
