Hi Michael. Do you have the right agency? You actually moved out of one of our house shares in February 2019 - That's 18 months prior to your review. There are a few companies with similar name so no worries if so. Just seems very odd that you have given us this review nearly 2 years later? Hello Mr Bojangle, sorry to see you've given is a 1 star review, which is odd as you've never rented a property through us. But here's an interesting fact for you. The song Mr "Bojangles" was based on a homeless man Jerry Walker (who wrote the original song) met in a New Orleans jail. We hope you're not homeless or in jail. Have a nice day. Hi Paul. Sorry you feel the need to leave us a low rating, I know you were unhappy that we charged for £15.00 at the end of your tenancy as your room needed a clean. We did reduced this from £25.00 as a good will gesture and offered you the opportunity to clean yourself. I will happily discount this off any future application to rent a property through us. kind regards Alix Newton Director

Thanks Paisieka, (although you've not written a review) I know your move turn around time was within 24hrs, so we had to work super hard as a team to get all the paper work done / get you moved so you could settle into your new job.
